| We see thousands of well-led, healthy, reproducing small groups proliferating throughout the city of Juárez and the Borderlands. Many, but not all of these groups, will be the nucleus for new cell churches. Some will become house churches, and others will strengthen existing churches. |
We train men, women and youth to lead and multiply home "cells,"
evangelistic Bible studies, house churches and other reproducible models
of the New Testament church.
We have led extensive training sessions in the city's Baptist churches and
are thankful for the many faithful pastors and cell servants who weekly
minister through their home fellowships.
We concentrate our personal ministry on the southeast side of the city
where the greatest urban growth is found. Our church, Communities of
Hope: a Baptist Cell Church [CdE], is leading the way into these new
communities. Our US partners are crucial elements of this strategy by:
1. Prayerwalking new, as well as established, neighborhoods
2. Supporting evangelism efforts through door-to-door visitation, outdoor
evangelistic events, special events, children’s ministry, community services
such as medical caravans, and Christian literature distribution
3. Leading in or supporting the training of national partners and church
members
4. Encouraging Mexican Christians by their presence, prayers and
dynamic fellowship
